Sometimes there's things you need to say anyway
It's great, as long as you want to dance around Make everything you want to be out there You have a new beginning already out there, out there Feels so empty Next time you'll know. Take the steps around the things you know You won't know where you are going But you'll know where you're heading Soon you dance around And it's not bright everyday That's why you dance around Just too uncomfortable to let yourself show I tried man, I tried to be part of this world But it never worked And I cried, yes, I cried Hoping for so much better than what I had I have what it takes to be strong I have what it takes to make myself a name Make myself a name After I finish my cigarette this will all be gone I miss the old days I have more fun when I sing Kept my life running Around me it wasn't too sound The market didn't bring The pride started to swell Deep dive in your thoughts The dreams I dreamed Eyes open see the future It tears your heart apart Open space with dying flowers Locked in my own eyes Fifteen minutes in my mind Feel the sorrow to make you go Aching pain that you can't control Keep it in, feels wrong Beauty upon the land What is the big plan ? Seem to think that my way is simply lost Wandering thoughts You want to find the time to strife Rocks in my belly, can't get them out Slap me in the face if I'm wrong Can't take them out, stones in my heart It hurts and all but I'll go with it Keep the beat and I'll go for a little time Like a wristwatch The pain is just a feel What you do is real A few notes won't make it up for you The people will show you, they will show me So life begins And it sounds so much better when I sing |
